Terms and Conditions – Elite Facility Cleaning Services
Company Name: Elite Facility Care
1. Definitions
“Company” refers to Elite Facility Care.
“Client” refers to the person or business receiving services.
“Services” refers to the cleaning work agreed upon.
2. Services Provided
The Company will provide cleaning services as outlined in the agreed quote or schedule.
Services may include general office cleaning, deep cleans, window cleaning, or other specialist services.
3. Access & Equipment
The Client must provide access to the premises at the agreed times.
The Company may provide its own cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
The Client is responsible for informing the Company of any access codes, alarm systems, or special requirements.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are agreed in writing prior to service.
All invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may incur a late fee of £25 or interest at 2% per month.
5. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
The Client must give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Same-day cancellations may be charged at 50% of the service fee.
If the cleaner cannot gain access, a full charge may still apply.
6. Liability
The Company is fully insured for public liability and employee liability.
We will not be held responsible for damage caused by faulty equipment or pre-existing conditions.
All claims for loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning.
7. Staff
The Client agrees not to hire, directly or indirectly, any Company staff during the contract or within 6 months of termination.
A recruitment fee of £500 applies if this condition is breached.
8. Health & Safety
The Company complies with all relevant health and safety regulations.
COSHH data sheets for chemicals are available on request.
9. Termination
Ongoing contracts may be terminated with 30 days’ written notice by either party.
Immediate termination may occur if there is a serious breach of these terms.
10. Complaints
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours and will be resolved as per our Complaints Handling Policy.
11. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, such as severe weather or illness.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
